Weekly Meditation 10.30am or 4pm- reboot, rest and recuperate

Wednesday mornings we meet in the Coleman Hall, under The Anglican Church, 10.30 to 11.30 (arrive around 10.15 for a prompt start). Or 4pm til 5pm Wednesday afternoons.

We aim to cover two to three Mindful practices to sustain us through the week.
