Stop, look and pause

Frequently 'stop look and pause' in your day. It may be a beautiful colour, smell or sight. It may be a strange sound - simply stopping briefly to pay attention and enjoy sustains your mindfulness practice.

Meet with others

We meet as a group most  Fridays 10.15am for a 10.30am or 3.15pm for 3.30pm start. Two or three mindful practices within the to keep us going!

Use resources

There are many helpful meditation apps and websites. Insight Timer and Headspace are two examples. Find one that suits you and commit to at least ten minutes per day - this rewires your brain and consolidates future practice.
