Frequently 'stop look and pause' in your day. It may be a beautiful colour, smell or sight. It may be a strange sound - simply stopping briefly to pay attention and enjoy sustains your mindfulness practice.
We meet as a group most Wednesday mornings. 10.15 for an 10.30 start. Two or three mindful practices within the hour to keep us going!

There are many helpful meditation apps and websites. Insight Timer and Headspace are two examples. Find one that suits you and commit to at least ten minutes per day - this rewires your brain and consolidates future practice.
